HOW LONG WILL GTA 6 TAKE TO DOWNLOAD?

Start with 212 GB as a planning reference for GTA VI. Enter your download speed and adjust the size if your console shows a different amount.

Rockstar announces up to 212 GB depending on the device. This is a planning estimate; use the actual download size when available.
Use the speed your console actually reaches, which can be lower than your internet plan. Enter Mbps, not MB/s.

Get ready for the GTA VI download.

With the 212 GB reference, allow about 5 h 26 min at 100 Mbps or 1 h 49 min at 300 Mbps. Both estimates include a 15% time allowance.

Wi-Fi, other downloads and server demand can change the wait. Installation and updates may add time. Available storage and bytes transferred are not always the same: 212 GB is not a fixed download size for every console.
